Terms of Service

1. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings must be made at least 6 hours in advance for guaranteed availability.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 12-24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

2. Passenger Conduct

We maintain a strictly professional and safe environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who:

• Is under the influence of illegal substances.
• Exhibits abusive or threatening behavior toward our drivers.
• Attempts to transport illegal or dangerous items.

3. Liability

While we strive for 100% punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, major road closures, or flight/train schedule changes.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are fixed as quoted at the time of booking. Payments must be completed online via our secure payment gateway to finalize the booking.
